“If you could bottle a Napa Valley summer day, this would be it. The 2017 vintage fills the glass with bright aromas and flavors of citrus blossom, pineapple, grapefruit zest, warm apricot, white peach, and kumquat all tied together with freshness and racy acidity.” — Elias Fernandez, Winemaker

We’ve always loved Albariño – the clean acidity, the liveliness, and the purity – and wanted to see what the grape would do here in Napa Valley’s Carneros District. In the cellar give it just four months on the lees in stainless steel barrels — no oak, no malolactic fermentation — so that the resulting wine is fruity and refreshing. We’re pleased with the results of this third vintage of Eighty Four Albariño and hope you are too.

“Dark red cherry, mocha, new leather, cloves and rose petal all meld together in the 2012 Petite Sirah. Winemaker Elias Fernandez has done a terrific job in taming the Petite tannins and allowing the fruit to really shine through … terrific freshness and brightness.”
